RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
The Means to Success Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review the following return and exchange guidelines carefully.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Health products
- Beauty products
- Cosmetics
- Oils
- Personal care products
- Supplements
- Any item designated as non-returnable at the time of purchase
Clothing Exchanges
Clothing items may be exchanged for store credit within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date.
Store credit will be issued in the amount paid for the item at the time of purchase, excluding shipping charges.
Conditions for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange or store credit:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- The item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- Original tags must remain attached.
- The item must be free from odors, stains, damage, alterations, or excessive wear.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
The Means to Success reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these requirements.
Non-Refund Policy
Unless otherwise required by law, The Means to Success does not offer cash refunds, credit card refunds, or refunds to original payment methods. Approved returns are eligible for store credit only.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning items for exchange unless the item was shipped incorrectly by The Means to Success.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item or an item damaged prior to shipment, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with photographs and order information.
Store Credit
Store credit has no cash value and may only be used toward future purchases from The Means to Success.
Fraud Prevention
The Means to Success reserves the right to deny returns, exchanges, or store credit requests where abuse of the policy, fraud, or suspicious activity is suspected.
Policy Changes
The Means to Success reserves the right to modify this Return & Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice.
