Shipping Rates

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based upon the shipping option selected, the size and weight of the product(s), the destination, and the carrier's current rates.

 

Customers are responsible for selecting the shipping option that corresponds with the products being purchased. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed and selected the appropriate shipping method for their order.

 

Order Processing

 

Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been received and verified. Processing times may vary during holidays, special promotions, or periods of high order volume.

 

Shipping Carrier Responsibility

 

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and marked as shipped, responsibility for transportation and delivery rests with the carrier.

 

The Means to Success shall not be liable for:

 

- Shipping delays caused by the carrier

- Lost packages caused by the carrier

- Misdelivered packages

- Damaged packages occurring during transit

- Weather-related delays

- Customs delays

- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

 

Any claims regarding lost, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered packages must be pursued directly with the shipping carrier.

 

Address Accuracy

 

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. The Means to Success is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

Additional shipping charges resulting from address corrections, returned shipments, or reshipments may be charged to the customer.

 

International Orders

 

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other governmental charges associated with their orders.

 

Delivery Estimates

 

Any shipping or delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

 

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

 

Orders returned due to refusal, failure to claim delivery, or incorrect address information may be subject to additional shipping fees before being reshipped.

 

Right to Refuse Service

 

The Means to Success reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion.
